Big time zero!!! Website isn't working to make an appointment, so I called to make one and was told to make it online " Which I told her the website wasn't working" or to come down to the store and wait 2 hours. Is it that hard to put my name on the list. I'll go spent my money somewhere else:) worst service!! No need to ever go back

Showed up at 6 they close at 7 wouldn't allow me to get a haircut. Two times now I've tried getting a haircut here and I wasn't able to very disappointed. I'm going to post on Yelp.
