Yes; they are busy. Get there well before they open and you'll be first to get your hair cut. Or you can sign in online and then arrive when it's your turn. Everyone there is friendly and they do a fine job cutting hair. It's a little pricey for a cut imho; but I like the people that work there so we keep going.

Great place with a very nice staff. Tons of sports games on Tv's all over and lots of different services including hot towels and a neck and shoulder massage if you get the higher package. Never had a bad haircut going there. The only issue is it's always super busy. Like hour plus wait if you just walk in. On the positive or negative side, depending on how you look at it, they now have online check in. If you don't use it, you could be the one person there but another 9 in line ahead of you who are all on the way. I would recommend using the online check in so you can run an errand or wait at home and head down around the time it gives you for your approx. wait.
